Amanda is a Graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. While attending college she volunteered as a Court Liaison for the Women and Children’s Violence Center. In addition to working full time while attending school, she also served as a Junior Achievement Elementary School Teacher.

Amanda has had a very successful sales and management career. She spent five years as a manager at Bridals by Lori. She won salesperson of the year two years in a row. She enjoyed learning management and leadership skills from Business Owner, TV star and Author, Lori Allen.

Amanda became a licensed real estate agent in 2003 joining Re/Max. There she was a top producer.

Amanda has an extensive background in Real Estate Investing. While in college she began her passion of real estate investing by helping the Auberry Family renovate homes in Cleveland, TN. In 2005, as a real estate agent, she started working with an investment firm assisting their acquisitions manager in purchasing investment properties in the Atlanta area. Amanda,who is also an investor, has a strong desire to help other investors become successful. She joined Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (GAREIA), a not-for-profit real estate investor education and networking association. GAREIA is one of the oldest and largest organizations of its kind in the country. She became a board member in 2009, Vice President in 2010 and served as President in 2011, the youngest president ever to serve inGAREIA and National REIA history.

In 2007, Amanda opened Charlesworth Realty Group. She has sold residential as well as commercial properties & businesses. This includes Apartment Complexes, Liquor Stores, Churches, Undeveloped Land and Developed Land Subdivisions and Leased Commercial Office and Retail Space. She worked as a listing agent for HUD for five years selling 200+ homes per year. In 2008 she began brokering an apartment locating service. In January 2014 Charlesworth Realty began offering Apartment Locating Services. We market and lease out exclusive, professional managed, luxury properties. It is an exciting and unique service with options no one else in Atlanta can offer.
December 2021 Amanda joined Keller Williams Realty North Atlanta as the Director of Growth. After owning her own company for over 14 years her everyday focus had become paperwork management. In order to get back to what Amanda loves doing she made the tough decision to close Charlesworth Realty and join KWNA! She is excited to once again be able to focus on agents' success and growth!
